Shipping Times & Information
For VieLight Products:
VieLight products ship directly from the VieLight office closest to you (U.S.A., Canada or Australia).
Shipping times may vary according to the area and time of the year, but customers usually get their products within 2 weeks for addresses in the U.S., Canada and Australia. However, products normally arrive within a week to 10 days.
For international clients, shipping times vary greatly depending on where you live. Customs clearing times and importation duties do not fall under the responsibility of either VieLight Inc. or Global Wellness Solutions Inc. Please enquire within your country beforehand if you need more information about receiving our products in your jurisdiction.
As a client, you will be sent a tracking number once the products has been shipped to your address, so you may follow the package or enquire with your postal system.
VieLight products will require a signature at delivery to protect all involved from items getting lost.
For All Other Products:
Products ship from different locations, so shipping times may vary. We will do our best to give you an accurate estimate of how long your package should take. Please see details for each product.
